We want you to love your Rayva jewellery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement.

7-Day Return & Replacement Window

If your jewellery arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• The jewellery must be unworn and unused.
• The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
• Original jewellery box, pouch, tags, and accessories must be included.
• A valid order number or invoice must be provided.
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue may be required.
• Products damaged due to improper use, handling, or normal wear are not eligible.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection of size/design, unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

Contact our customer support team with your order number, product details, photos/videos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Quality Check

Once the returned product is received, it may undergo a quality inspection. If the product meets our return or replacement conditions, we will process the applicable replacement or refund according to our policy.

If the same product is unavailable, Rayva may offer an alternative solution or refund, as applicable.

Not Eligible for Return or Replacement

• Products reported after 7 days of delivery
• Products that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Damage caused by improper handling or normal wear and tear
• Products returned without original packaging
• Customised or personalised jewellery, unless received damaged or defective
• Gift cards or non-returnable promotional items
